06 BG Remover Tool

Our AI-powered Background Remover tool processes images you upload. By using this tool:

• Your uploaded image is processed and temporarily stored on Cloudinary
• Images are automatically deleted within 10 minutes — we do not retain them
• Do not upload images containing sensitive, illegal, or private content
• You retain full ownership of your uploaded images
• The tool is provided free of charge — HD downloads may require watching an ad

07 Send Wishes

The Send Wishes feature lets you create personalised wish pages with a unique shareable URL.

• Each wish page is stored for 30 days, after which it expires automatically
• Do not create wish pages with offensive, defamatory, or misleading content
• IndiTech-X reserves the right to delete any wish page that violates these terms
• Wish page URLs are public — anyone with the link can view the page

08 IndiTech-X Android App

IndiTech-X provides a free Android application (IndiTech-X App) available for download from our website.

• The app is provided free of charge — no account or login required
• Requires Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher
• The app requests Camera and Storage permissions for the BG Remover tool only
• The app loads content from our website — internet connection is required for most features
• This is a direct APK download — not available on Google Play Store currently
• Install from "Unknown sources" must be enabled on your device to install
• IndiTech-X is not liable for any issues arising from installing on unsupported devices
• We may release updated versions — older versions may stop working over time

09 Web Building Services

When you engage IndiTech-X for web building services:

• A separate service agreement will be provided before work begins
• Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before project start
• Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• Final deliverables remain property of the client upon full payment

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. IndiTech-X does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
